A fun run is a friendly race that involves either
road running or cross country running with participants taking part for their
own enjoyment rather than competition. A fun run will usually be held to raise
funds for a charity, with sponsors providing the revenue to cover
organizational costs. Fun runs can include novelty categories, such as wearing
costumes, and age categories for child, teen, and mature. The 'winner' wins
nothing but everyone who comes to watch is asked to donate in the name of their
favored runner, or just to donate for a good cause.
In this connection Tortugas
Teaching Force joined in Fun Run last August 30, 2013. A mini opening program
starts at M. delos Elementary School discussed some important matters and
reminders about the saying events then it follows with the program proper. The
Fun Run participants start in M.delos and proceed to the last station at Bay Park.

teachers form partnerships with parents. Parents are teachers too.
types of parents:
- Ghost parents – never or
rarely meet or have contact with them – they don’t call.
- Helicopter Parents –
constantly hovering over their child, the school, the administration, and
especially the classrooms. They do
get involved – too involved.
